As we enter the final few weeks of our summer leagues and playoffs heat up we just wanted to reach out with a quick update on our Fall Leagues.
Leagues kickoff over the last week of August or first week of September and will be played outdoors at Immaculata High School, Carleton University or the University of Ottawa (see homepage for specific league locations). If you have any scheduling questions, just drop us an email.
7-a-Side Leagues: Spaces can be reserved with a 250.00 Deposit
COED - Monday (8 Spaces Left), Tuesday (2 Spaces Left), Wednesday (6 Spaces Left), Thursday (7 Spaces Left), Friday (7 Spaces Left), Sunday (7 Spaces Left)

Covid Policies
Our covid policies continue to be updated in accordance with public heatlh guidelines.
- All in game play has returned to pre-pandemic rules. This means no restrictions on headers, defensive walls etc.
- No limits on roster sizes. We do recommend 10-12 full time players on each team as that means lots of playing time!
- No limits on division sizes.
- We continue with our contact tracing checkins but now that we've entered Phase 3, no longer required to complete the screening questionnaire at most venues (the exception being Carleton University).
- We continue to encourage our members to be conscious about carpooling and respecting government guidelines when not in the facilities.
Youth Leagues - New Seasons Begin late-August - Spaces are Limited
We launched our first Li'l Sambas kids program and had an incredible response with over 330 kids playing in our current program at Immaculata. We'll be partnering with Futuro Soccer Academy and those of you who have watched the Futuro Academy kids train before or after your Footy Sevens game will already have been amazed at the level of technique and attention to detail at each session. Those same core principles will be adapted to each age level to give an unrivaled start in the game for both beginners and kids with a little experience.

Ottawa Volley Sixes Mixed Volleyball Leagues
After a year and half of almost no indoor sports, our volleyball leagues are back for the 2021/2022 season. We've got leagues Monday through Thursday at various locations around Ottawa. All league information can be found at our Ottawa Volley Sixes website.
