Footy Sevens Rec Soccer Leagues for Kids - Registration Now Open
This spring will see the launch of our new spring/summer soccer leagues for kids aged 4 to 9 and recreational development programs for kids aged 3 to 7.
All of the programs will be held at a central location on the top-quality turf field at Immaculata High School in central Ottawa. The emphasis will be on delivering a fun soccer experience for girls and boys, with no tryouts or trips across town: everyone plays and it is the same time same place every week.

Time is running out to register for Winter Soccer
Many of our fall indoor soccer leagues are coming to a close this week with finals being played at various venues. Don't wait too long to register for the upcoming winter season at our favourite venues around Ottawa. As always we'll have coed and men's leagues with team and individual registration available in all of them. Leagues begin in February and March and some are already sold out and others only have 2 or 3 spaces remaining, so don't delay in locking down your space over at the Footy Sevens website.
Winter Futsal - Our Best Value League
If you are looking for the best bang for your buck, check out our Sunday Men's Futsal League at the superb uOttawa Lees Gym. At only $850 per team and under $100 for individuals, it's a great alternative at a lower price. The league starts in February and if you want to try it out before then, you can register for one of our weekly pickup futsal games at the same location. Employment opportunities with Footy Sevens
We are often asked about working with Footy Sevens and we have a few positions coming up. We are always looking to add to our pool of referees for both soccer and volleyball and are also recruiting coaches for our kids' soccer programs in spring and summer. Spring Field Rentals
It may be a few months away, but we are already getting enquiries for 7-a-side and full-field rentals at Immaculata HS for the spring. Remember that most of the city fields don't open until mid-May, so if you are looking for some pre-season practice time or a venue for a friendly, get in touch with us at admin@ottawafootysevens.com.
Flag Football - Coming up in Spring
The Superbowl is over for another year, but flag football will be available again this spring. Some of you may remember our Friday flag football league from previous years, and the other form of football will be back on Sundays and Wednesday at Carleton in spring.
