Friday Summer Co-Ed @ Immaculata, Carleton, uOttawa & The RA Centre

Intermediate: [Regular Season] (May 26th - July 28th) Each team will play their divisional opponents three times over a 8 game regular season. [Playoffs] (August 11th) Each team will play one playoff game with the top two teams competing for the league title.

Recreational A: [Regular Season] (May 26th - July 21st) Each team will play their divisional opponent once and three opponents twice over a 9 game regular season. [Playoffs] (July 28th - August 11th) Each team will play two playoff games with the top four teams competing for the league title.

Recreational B: [Regular Season] (May 26th - July 21st) Each team will play their divisional opponent once and one opponent twice over a 8 game regular season. [Playoffs] (July 28th - August 11th) Each team will play two playoff games with the top four teams competing for the league title.

Please note:

• There are no games on June 30th (Canada Day Weekend) & August 4th (August long weekend). 
• Teams in Recreationl A will receive a double-header over the duration of the season.
