Friday Winter Coed @ uOttawa, CU & RA Centre

League Format:

Intermediate, Recreational A & B (Nov 7th - Jan 16th) - Teams will play eight regular season games against divisional opponents. Playoffs (Jan 23rd - 30th) - All teams will receive two playoff games, but only the top four teams will compete for the title. 

Please note:

• Teams will receive one bye week.
• Most teams will have no games on Dec 19th & 26th (Christmas).
