Under the lights at Immaculata High School & uOttawa's fields. Immaculata is our premium venue in central Ottawa, located in the central core between Main Street and the canal. Our outdoor field features three 7v7 turf fields, goals and divider nets between each field. uOttawa's Matt Anthony field is located at Mann & King Edward boasting brand new 7aside goals and stadium lighting.

Please note:

  • uOttawa's Matt Anthony Field will be re-turfed in the spring. While we expect the field to be ready for the start of the league, if there are any delays (weather, construction, etc.) teams may receive an additional bye week. 
  • The league reserves the right to reschedule games disrupted by weather to long weekends, alternate weeknights and/or alternate venues. 
  • This league will use Immaculata & uOttawa as it's main fields.
  • The RA Centre and Carleton will be used for a small number of games.
  • Please DO NOT make requests for specific kick-off times, we will NOT be able to accommodate these requests.  

This is a Co-Ed League

25 May 2026 - 17 Aug 2026; 12 Games (including playoffs);
Rotating Game Times between 6pm-10pm (Inclusive).
7-A-Side (6 + goalie), Outdoor, Field Turf, Co-Ed, 60 min Games, Referees and Goals
League will be split into divisions based on skill level.
Immaculata HS; uOttawa; The RA Centre & Carleton may be used for a small number of games.
$1,500 + TAX; You will be able to secure your space with a $350 deposit. Teams must provide their own jerseys.
$175 + TAX; Price includes climate t-shirt. We promise to NEVER overload the individual teams with players.
