We are re-launching our Saturday afternoon leagues with a one-off offer of a free set of Umbro brand jerseys for every team that registers. We've got a wide range of colours and designs and teams will get to choose their colour/style of shirts on a first come first served basis, so register early to make sure your team is the most stylish team in the league. The shirts are sponsor and logo free, so if you want to get them printed with your own logo or sponsor, let us know and we will get them to you a few weeks before the season starts to give you time to get them printed (subject to additional deposit payment). Each set of shirts consists of 11 outfield and one goalie jersey or 12 outfield jerseys.

Immaculata is our premium venue in central Ottawa, located in the central core between Main Street and the canal. Our outdoor field features three 7v7 turf fields, goals and divider nets between each field.
Please note:
- These are 90-minute games. Amazing value for money!
- The league reserves the right to reschedule games disrupted by weather to long weekends or alternate weeknights.
- There will be no games on June 29th (Canada Day Weekend) or August 3rd (August Long Weekend)
