Please note Quebec restrictions differ from Ontario and may affect your ability to participate in the league. 

Under the lights at Immaculata High School. Immaculata is our premium venue in central Ottawa, located in the central core between Main Street and the canal. The new outdoor field features three 7v7 turf fields, goals and divider nets between each field. 

We will continue to operate under our Covid protocols to ensure a safe environment for all participants. 

Please note:

  • The league reserves the right to reschedule games disrupted by weather to long weekends or alternate weeknights. 
  • Teams may have a bye week or double header over the course of the season in order to accommodate the demand for teams.
  • COVID-19 protocols are in full effect. To view our policies and protocols click here. 
  • Register with Confidence Guarantee: If the league is cancelled due to covid restrictions, teams are eligible for a full refund of any unplayed games.

8 Jul 2021 - 26 Aug 2021; 8 Games (including playoffs);
Rotating Game Times between 6pm and 10pm
7-A-Side (6 + goalie), Outdoor Field Turf, Co-Ed, 60 min Games, Referees and Goals
League will be split into divisions based on skill level.
Immaculata HS;
$1,000 + TAX; You will be able to secure your space with a $250 deposit. Teams must provide their own jerseys.
$130 + TAX; Price includes climate t-shirt. We promise to NEVER overload the individual teams with players.
