Please note:  The begin and end dates for these leagues are currently being firmed up.  The league may begin and/or end a few weeks earlier/later than advertised depending on when the league that precedes it ends, weather etc.

This is a Mens League; 90 Minute Games

New this summer - 90 minute games for the Sunday Mens league! Under the lights at Immaculata High School and Carleton University's MNP Park Stadium & Ravens Road Field. Immaculata is our premium venue in central Ottawa, located in the central core between Main Street and the canal. Our outdoor field features three 7v7 turf fields, goals and divider nets between each field. Carleton's turf fields have been home to our leagues for almost 10 years, are well lit and conveniently located next to the Canal and Bronson Avenue.

Please note:

  • These are 90 minute games.  Amazing value for money
  • The league reserves the right to reschedule games disrupted by weather to long weekends or alternate weeknights. 
  • There will be no games May 21st & July 2 (Canada Day)
  • This league will use Immaculata and Carleton as it's main fields but uOttawa Lees & the RA Centre may be used for a small number of games.
  • Teams may have a bye week or double header over the course of the season in order to accommodate the demand for teams.

Please note, if there are disruptions (weather etc) with the current leagues, these leagues may start and/or end a week or two later than advertised.

4 Jun 2023 - 20 Aug 2023; 10 Games (including playoffs);
Rotating Game Times between 5pm and 930pm (Inclusive)
7-A-Side (6 + goalie), Outdoor Field Turf, Mens, 90 min Games, Referees and Goals
League will be split into divisions based on skill level.
Immaculata HS, Carleton; uOttawa; RA Centre; uOttawa & RA Centre may be used for a small number of games.
$1,350 + TAX; You will be able to secure your space with a $250 deposit. Teams must provide their own jerseys.
$165 + TAX; Price includes climate t-shirt. We promise to NEVER overload the individual teams with players.
