We are excited to announce that our long standing Sunday Mens league will merge with the Soccer7s Mens league for the Winter/Spring 2026 season. Games will be played at the fantastic uOttawa dome on Lees Avenue as well as our newly returfed field at the RA Centre. The goal of the merger is to create a larger league with more variety and balanced levels of competition. This is a 11 game season.

Due to the demand on indoor facilities in the winter, the kickoff times for this league are 5pm-10pm, with an equal balance of each.  We will balance out the kick off times as fairly and evenly as possible but players must understand that this will mean they are expected to play 2-3 games in each time slot.

  • There will be no bye weeks in this league.
  • There will be no games on April 5th (Easter)
We can confirm that parking passes will be given to teams to be used at the visitors parking area at the Lees Avenue Campus.  Hurrah for FREE PARKING!

Rotating kickoff times of 5pm-10pm (Inclusive)
7-A-Side (6 + goalie), Indoor Field Turf , Mens, 1 hour games, Referees and Goals.
League will be split into divisions based upon skill level.
uOttawa, RA Centre; uOttawa Lees Dome; RA Centre Dome
$2,350 + TAX; You will be able to secure your team space with a $500 deposit. Teams must provide their own Jerseys
$265 + TAX; Price includes climalite t-shirt. We promise NEVER to overload the individual teams with too many players.
