This is an 11-A-Side Men's league; The league will begin on April 13 depending on weather and the condition of the fields.

Our traditional Spring 11-a-Side League is back in April. Groups will consist of 4-6 teams, each placed based on skill level and play on Carleton University's MNP Park and Raven's Fields, Immaculata HS & Lees Avenue Fields.

The league is suitable for all men's teams. If any teams are interested in joining this league but feel they may not be suited for this league, drop us an e-mail at admin@ottawafootysevens.com and we'll see if we have any opponents of a similar level for you to play.

  • Teams will play 2 x 35 Minute halves with a 5 Minute halftime.
  • Teams are permitted to warmup in the end zone area.
  • This is an 11-a-Side league. 
  • Games will be refereed but will not include ARs (linesmen).
  • Teams may have a small number of games on Wednesday evenings.

This is an 11-A-Side Mens league; This league will conclude prior to the OCSL season
